Heist Brewery

Be sure to bring your appetite to Heist Brewery if you visit for Sunday brunch, since this location serves an all-you-can-eat buffet every week. The cost is $19 per person and it’s served from 10 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. on Sundays. Start at the carving station to sample fresh and local farm-raised meats, and then fill your plate with Danish, pastries, and stuffed croissants. Taste the fresh fruit and artisan cheese. Other options include flatbread pizzas, shallots with white wine garlic butter and roasted peppers, biscuits and gravy, and breakfast favorites like bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and grits.

The Asbury

At The Asbury, you can enjoy brunch on Saturday or Sunday morning. The upscale menu features cast iron biscuits served with bacon jam, crab cake Benedict, chicken and waffles, and scrambled egg whites with ricotta cheese, kale, onions, and peppers served on grilled sourdough. Don’t forget to peruse the libations menu, with options like the Grand Mimosa, the Salty Pup, and the Lavender Blossom, as well as classic brunch beverages like a bloody Mary and a classic mimosa.

The executive chef at The Asbury uses locally grown and sourced ingredients for his unique and delicious entrees. He also draws inspiration from Southern favorites while combining them with the flavors of the seasons.
