The Titan has a new more masculine look with a grille that is styled similarly to the XD, but with flatter design than the previous model. The chrome grille is large and bold with active shutters to help reduce drag. The truck comes in five different trim levels, so you can choose between the S, SV, Pro4X, SL, and the Platinum Reserve. All the Titans have a two-toned color scheme, and it is offered in both a Single Cab, or the Crew Cab with a full-size rear seat. The bed of the truck has a spray-in bed liner, and for 2017 Nissan has added removable cleats for tie-downs and mounting racks.

All of the 2017 Titan models come with a 5.6-liter Endurance V8 engine that is paired with a 7-speed automatic transmission. This engine delivers 390 horsepower and 401 lb-ft of torque. The combination of engine and transmission allows this truck to pull up to 9,390 pounds when it is equipped properly.

The new Titan has better fuel economy than the previous model. It is now expected to get 18 mpg combined with 21 mpg on the highway. Nissan wanted to give passengers a quieter ride, so they laminated the front glass and added extra insulation to the dashboard to help reduce noise. The Titan handles well on the highway even when traveling at high speeds, and it offers a more responsive steering system than many other trucks.

There is plenty of room for a large adult in the cabin of the new Titan, whether they are sitting in the front or the rear seat. The second row offers some extra functionality with a seat that folds down to reveal flat surface for when you need to work. Roll them forward for a full storage space that runs the length of both seats. There are plenty of cup holders inside including two larger ones that will accommodate large sport bottles. You'll also find the NissanConnect infotainment center with the option for navigation and mobile apps and hands-free operation.

The Titan comes with a 360-degree Around View Monitor to give the driver a complete view of the area when they are both driving forward or backing up. Another camera is available for over the right front tire to help you see when driving up steep hills. There are a number of different configurations to choose from when deciding on a Titan. The Crew cab has a 5.5-foot bed while the Single Cab has an 8-foot bed so you can find the style and size that works for you. All the models have locking storage boxes in the bed that are watertight making this a good truck for work or for play.
