I also told him I was looking at Honda and Toyota.He then told me how he has a Nissan Pathfinder with over 200,000 miles on it that he drives to visit his wife and child who life a few hours away every few days.Once I heard that I needed to hear more. I saw a commercial for South Charlotte Nissan and knew with there new store I had to go take a look. My name is H.L. and my Husband (R.B) and I purchased a Nissan Armada from your dealership this past Friday evening. I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team for all their help and outstanding customer service. This was by far the best car purchasing experience that we have had (and we have purchased/traded-in our share of cars over the years). We left the lot on Friday night knowing that we received a fair price for the new car as < well as our trade-in. Your team went out of the way to work with us and our schedule, reducing the time we spent in the dealership with two impatient young kids. This included several folks staying late on Friday evening after the dealership had closed to complete the paperwork, clean the car, and get us a a great interest rate on our finance.

While the entire team was awesome, Eun was especially outstanding. Without being pushy or putting pressure on us, she sold us on the Armada (we were about to purchase a Ford Explorer). I feel like she gave us honest, solid advice about both the car and financing. And, as I said before, she worked with us to get us a price that we felt was fair for both the new car and trade-in.

While we hope to be driving our new Armada (which we LOVE) for a long time, without a doubt we will look to your dealership for future car buying needs and look forward to staying in touch as we use your service department going forward.

This was my first time bringing my Nissan Pathfinder into the South Charlotte dealership, and I was quite distressed, having had to have my car towed twice in as many days, after my usual mechanic was not able to do the required repair. Alfredo was such a professional, I was immediately put at ease. His genuine cheerfulness, rather than the forced cheerfulness I so often encounter in businesses today, speaks well of your business environment and inspired an immediate confidence. He was very personable in every encounter. He was prompt, patient, informative, and he followed through in just the manner and time he said he would. He did not talk over my head and yet he also did not under inform me about the nature of the problems with my car. He made me feel comfortable asking questions. When my vehicle had problems a few miles down the road, he sent help and encouraged me to bring it back to the dealership even though it was late in the business day, and assured me that I would have a vehicle to drive home if that was necessary. He took responsibility for the latter issue, had it fixed within a few minutes and had me on the road in my repaired vehicle. In short, my experience with South Charlotte Nissan would have been satisfactory simply because my vehicle was put back into working order, but it was EXCELLENT because of Alfredo. Please thank him for me!

I am sure you get many comments...but I wanted you to know what a great experience we had purchasing a Pathfinder from your dealership. Between Mazen Tutah and his assistant Eun Song, all our needs were anticipated. I watched my wife really enjoy "buying the car of her choice, herself!" We were not sold...we were given the pleasant chance to purchase it. I saw my wife laughing with Eun while exploring Bluetooth. I had fun helping Richard and Mazen install the crossbars and license plates. Then in the mail we received a gift of cookies! First class! We never met, but I worked for Caterpillar for 40 years...and I was the expert for CAT distributors worldwide on selection and training of Sales Managers and Sales Consultants. Your people would have scored in the top among the sales forces of the 100 plus dealers I worked with. I also know that when people are given opportunities and support by their managers, they can over perform. You have a great management staff and business philosophy.

I just wanted to write to express how glad I am that I chose to purchase a vehicle from your dealership. Jimmy was such a great salesman to deal with. My son and I had been to several other dealers before this, and none have given us the treatment we had with you on Saturday. Everyone we dealt with at your dealership was extremely friendly and pleasant to be around. Jimmy Huggins did everything to make sure we were choosing the right vehicle. We did not feel pressured at all, which is a big plus for us. We love our Xterra I was just looking but Jimmy made the experience so great and the deal was great that I just decided to make the purchase. It was also great to hear that Jimmy just came back from Afghanistan and that he was a war hero. South Charlotte Nissan is very lucky to have Jimmy back with their team after a few years away. He is a down to earth person that makes buying a car a good experience with no pressure. You don't get personal treatment like that anywhere else. Thanks to South Charlotte and Jimmy Huggins!

I came into your facility a little discouraged and full of anxiety.I Left on Friday completely satisfied. I was so impressed with the professionalism and compassion of your sales staff: Kevin Palmer, Derek Robinson, and Benjamin Farmer. Your business manager Jacques Deadwiley is awesome! These gentlemen made me feel so important from the very beginning of the process, until the time I got into my new car to drive away. Earlier today my wife and I purchased a Frontier from your dealership. We would like to thank you for your services. We started our shopping at a different dealership (Modern Nissan) but eventually left because the salesman assisting us was a bit too overwhelming and lost his professionalism when we informed him that we would like to shop around to see what other offers are available. The moment we arrived at this dealership we were greeted with formal introductions and open doors with friendly personnel. I did not feel pressured or the desperation of a salesman/woman trying to sell me something i don't want or could not afford. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and really went above and beyond what is expected of a car sales person. I have been to many dealerships in many different cities in the past few weeks and have not received service of this caliber from any of them. (Not even at the end of the last fiscal year!!) The best part was that without even having to haggle they offered a great prices for my trade and a great deal on the vehicle I intended on purchasing. I am rather terrible with names but every staff member that assisted us from the mechanic that removed our tag and finance team that thoroughly explained every detail of the deal was exceptional with service professionalism and quality.

I just got my FIRST brand new car tonight and I am in love with it!! Thank you guys so much for making this process quick, fast & so simple. Kevin Palmer & Jacques Deadwiley were our guys and did wonderful!!! We were in & out in 4 hours unlike when we bought my husband's Tundra (it was almost 7 hrs!!) We will return in the future when my husband is ready for his Titan ;) Everyone loves it and is so jealous now haha. Thank you SO much!!!
